Rental Guidelines:

1. Rental price is for a one month period. Longer or shorter periods can be accommodated, pending availability.


2. Scenic elements cannot be modified beyond paint and fasteners necessary to secure the set piece. Further modifications must be discussed before rental, and may incur an additional charge.


3. Scenic elements must be returned in the same shape as they went out. If it was black when it went it out, it should be repainted black when it comes back. Any staples or other fasteners must be removed.


4. ASC does not provide delivery or pickup as part of the rental fee. If pickup or delivery is needed, include it in your request, but be aware it may incur an additional charge.


5. Custom elements can be fabricated. Please include description in your request.
